Morgen ist endlich der Tag gekommen, den Beatbox-Fans schon sehnlichst erwarten: Der Beatbox Battle World Championship (BBBWC) geht in die nächste Runde. Alle drei Jahre wird dieser von Beatbox Battle TV gehostet und findet als international bekanntes Festival statt. Vom 03. bis zum 04. August trifft in Berlins Astra Kulturhaus die Elite der gesamten Human Beatboxing Szene zum fünften Mal aufeinander und zeigt, was sie drauf hat. Die über 200 Artists aus 51 Nationen treten in den Kategorien Men-, Tag Team-, Women-, Crew- und Loop Station Battle gegeneinander an.

Das Highlight der Veranstaltung ist gleichzeitig Premiere beim BBBWC, denn der Schwerpunkt wird in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal auf dem Vocal DJ'ing liegen. Das erweitert die musikalischen Möglichkeiten der Künstler und repräsentiert weitere Facetten der modernen Musikkultur.
