Zunächst einmal aber darfst du gespannt auf die Vorschau von Block Party sein. Diese trägt den Namen FANomenal und erscheint am 17. Juni 2008.
Mit von der Partie wird natürlich wieder ihr alter Bekannter Timbaland sein.
Aber auch Swizz Beatz , T-Pain , DJ Toomp und The Arkitects waren am Projekt beteiligt.
Der Albumtitel FANomenal ist eine Art Dankeswort an ihre Fans:
"I had a contest and we had so many people taking part. There were so many fans and I decided I wanted to dedicate it to my fans and spell it with F-A-N, FANomenal. I have had so many people sticking with Missy from day one. So this album is for them."
Der Titel des Preview Albums Block Party steht noch nicht garantiert fest. Eines ist sicher: Dance Musik vom Feinsten.
"I'm still up in the air about the name for the actual album, but for now it's Block Party. The reason for that is because there are a lot of dance joints on there. It's one of those albums you can play out in the streets."
