1. Anderson .Paak (Oxnard, Kalifornien)

(Interview) - US+A

2. 21 Savage (Atlanta, Georgia)

Meet 21 Savage, Atlanta's Most Respected New Rapper

21 Savage doesn't talk much. Maybe the "Death Before Dishonor" tattoo lining the top of his forehead, above another tattoo of a dagger between his eyes, says enough. We've met up on Boulevard in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, ands he sips from doubled styrofoam cups sagging his Nudie Jeans as we head toward a location no one will name.

3. Kodak Black (Popano Beach, Florida)

4. Lil Uzi Vert (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

Lil Uzi Vert Is Living in the Future of Rap | NOISEY

Lil Uzi Vert is bouncing around this hotel room, trying to balance on his toes on the edge of the box spring that sticks out from under the mattress as he talks, radiating the type of youthful energy that turns everything into a game, making me feel old.

5. Lil Dicky (Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania)

Meet Lil Dicky, the Funny Rapper Whose New Album Is No Joke

From viral video star to Professional Rapper Maybe you've never heard of Lil Dicky. Maybe you have, and think he's just a funny guy who makes funny music. But the release of his debut album Professional Rapper in late July of this year made both of those possibilities much less likely.

6. Dave East (Harlem, New York)

8. Desiigner (Brooklyn, New York)

9. G Herbo (Chicago, Illinois)

10. Lil Yachty (Atlanta, Georgia)

Meet Lil Yachty, The Atlanta Rap-Singer You'll Either Love Or Hate

Lil Yachty is a new rapper from Atlanta with bright red hair and a very sleepy voice. He half-sings a lot-not quite with Makonnen's knack for a pop melody, but with a similar boldness. He has a verifiable fan favorite in "1Night"-3.5 million plays and counting-and some truly loopy followups.
