Meek Mill sitzt zur Zeit im Gefängnis. Doch nun postete August Alsina, ein Freund von Meek, ein Video, in dem er mit ihm telefoniert auf Instagram. 

Die Inhaftierung des Rappers löste in kürzester Zeit eine ganze Free Meek Mill Kampagne aus. Zuerst trat Lil Durk dieser bei. Dann spielten Lil Wayne und Drake, in Gedenken an ihren Kollegen im Gefängnis, dessen Intro Dreams & Nightmares auf ihrer Drake VS Lil Wayne Tour.

Auch Rick Ross unterstützte Meek. So besuchte er ihn im Knast und stellte die Fotos davon auf seinem Twitter Account online. 

Nun bekomt er also auch Unterstützung von August Alsina. Im Video hört man Meek Mill am Telefon sagen: "Ayo what’s up? It’s your boy Meek Milly right here. Me and August kicking it, talking this real young nigga shit. Talking about how I gotta do it when I get back down. One love to everybody holding it down."
