Fid Mella hat zu Weihnachten eine kostenlose LP, Christmas in Hong Kong, releast. 

Für das Mini-Album sampelte er chinesische Pop-Songs aus den 70ern, nachdem er zufällig ein paar alte CDs im Laden gefunden hatte:

"About a month ago i came across a stack of 10 chinese 70′s pop records in the cheap section. I took them home and chopped up a mini album for you good people to enjoy."
